The Pad-eBox parcel box has been designed to be built through a wall or fence, with a large door on the front and back allowing parcel deliveries straight through the code access front door. Parcels and mail can be retrieved through the large rear door.
The Pad-eBox has a large flap at the front, allowing parcels to be deposited into the parcel box, and once inside, they cannot be retrieved without code access.A removable shelf catches the envelopes at the top and the parcels drop down to the bottom compartment. Some customers attach this parcel box against a wall which requires removing the envelope shelf. This means parcels and envelopes are then retrieved through the front door because the rear is sealed..
Finish options for your parcel box
- Comes with an antique white Smooth Powdercoat finish as standard. (see picture left side)Rendered (Sand) Coat finish available. (see picture right side) This option is highly recommended for those who may want to change the colour of their box at any time. This can easily be done with a roller and any exterior paint colour. The Rendered Coat finish also makes the parcel box look like a real concrete/rendered pillar.
Flatpack/Assembly options
Order the parcel box already assembled, this will come in a larger carton and will incur additional delivery costs and assembly costs.
OR
Order the parcel box as a flat pack. This requires assembly (which takes about 30 minutes for beginners) and painting if a rendered option is selected (painting rollers and special render paint are supplied, painting is easy and takes approximately 15 minutes)
Note: It costs us more to manufacture a flat pack parcelbox to enable you to save money in shipping.
Locking Options
The Pad-eBox comes standard with a 3 digit mechanical lock fitted to the front and rear door. This lock has large easy to see digits
Some people simply prefer a keypad to the rotary dials due to any number of reasons. The lock can be upgraded to an electronic lock. The electronic lock more than pays for itself because it does not require the delivery man to lock the door and turn tumblers. Unlike any other locks the delivery person only needs to slam the door closed to lock it.
Heat Insulation If you receive grocery deliveries, there is an option to "add insulation" into your parcel box (Note; The insulation will not reduce the storage volume or functionality of the parcel box and maintains ambient Temperature.)
Street Number Specifications
Up to three floating Stainless Steel Numbers fit on the parcel box-
Material: Stainless Steel SS304
Height: 150mm
Thickness: 2mm
Floating 15mm off Surface
If you need to order duplicates then add what you can to the cart, and then go back to the shop and add the duplicate numerals.
