However certain exceptions do apply where disclosure of your personal information is authorised or required by law.

Purchase conditions

These Terms and Conditions, including our Privacy Policy are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. Our website is available only to people who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. By placing an order with Australian Parcel Box you are declaring that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please raise them with us prior to placing your order. You will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from Australia Parcel Box. You are responsible for reading the full item listing, including the seller's instructions and accepted payment method. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their address is correct at time of payment and returned items or redelivered items will be subject to a re-delivery cost.

Due to ever changing technology we supply bluetooth locks compatible with phones available at the time and we accept no responsibility for changes to products or new products which become available and their compatibilty. However we will make every effort to ensure a satisfactory outcome. It is your responsibilty to use the reccomended batteries as prescribed on the lock instructions and we accept no responsibility for damages which may be caused to the lock by using other batteries.

Once items are dispatched the items are subject to the delivery company transit times and delays. Transport companies have authority to leave the goods at the supplied address regardless of the customer being present or not to avoid re-delivery charges. Any delivery date advice given via Australian parcel box is an estimate only and not guaranteed. we promise we will do all we can to investigate the whereabouts of the parcel. or to assist in getting the best outcome 

International Buyers –

Important Information Regarding Customs Charges, Transit Times and Insurance International buyers purchase with the knowledge their order is being sent from Australia and can take between one to eight weeks to arrive depending on the location. International orders will most likely be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country Additional charges for shipping and customs clearance must be borne by the buyerAustralia parcel box are unable to advise what these charges will amount to. Each country sets different fees and taxes and the buyer should contact their local customs office for further information. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to their country. We are legally required to state the true value of the goods. .

Payment and Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled at anytime via written correspondence prior to shipping.
Goods will not be dispatched until payment including shipping costs have been received in full. 

All payments processed through Credit Card or PayPal are conducted subject to their User Agreements. Australia parcel box accepts no liability for non-completion of any transaction due to their non payment, internet connectivity problems, or policy changes and is under no obligation to dispatch goods until full payment has been received.

Delivery

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, sometimes items are not delivered as and when intended for various reasons, including Incorrect or incomplete delivery address, transit delays, natural disasters, and public holidays. We will contact the buyer when a parcel has been returned to us due to a failed delivery Returned items will be subject to a re-delivery cost.  

Refunds and exchanges

We are happy to offer a refund or exchange within thirty days of purchase. Australian Parcel box can arrange the collection of the goods using its own carriers.
This will be subject to the goods being returned to us for inspection and processing at the address we supply in Brisbane. The buyer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs. Goods must be returned in their original packaging  Refunds are for the cost of the goods only and we cannot be held responsible for any consequential damages arising from the purchase.

Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of  faulty items. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure, but the type of remedy we offer will depend upon the circumstances. We may arrange to replace or repair the product (subject to availability), or provide you with a partial or full refund of the purchase amount.  If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return.

Damaged or faulty items do not include cases where we deem damage to a product to be due to fair wear and tear, or misuse of already installed products, or failure to use or install products in accordance with installation or assembly instructions for said product.
Electrical and electronic goods sold by us are covered by a 1 year warranty.
Warranty on Faux walls and corners are subject to sellers discretion as they can be subject to obvious external factors beyond our control. 
Purchases of Parcel Boxes after Jan 1 2023 are subject to a 5 year structural warranty. 

Services Tax

(GST) of 10% is included in prices shown as required under Australian taxation law. Purchases delivered to addresses outside Australia are not exempt from paying GST. Those purchasers may apply directly to the Australian Taxation Office for a reimbursement where eligible.

Changes To Terms and Conditions Of Sale.

Australia parcel box reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice. All sales are deemed subject to the Terms and Conditions in place at the time of the sale.
