By placing an order with "Australian Parcel Box" you are declaring that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
If you have any questions or concerns, please raise them with us prior to placing your order.
You will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item from Australia parcel box. You are responsible for reading the full item listing, including the seller's instructions and accepted payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure their address is correct at time of payment and returned items or redelivered items will be subject to a re-delivery cost.
Once items are dispatched the items are subject to the delivery company transit times and delays.
Transport companies have authority to leave the goods at the supplied address regardless of the customer being present or not to avoid re-delivery charges.
Any delivery date advice given via Australian parcel box is an estimate only and not guaranteed.
In the case of late delivery, missing items or goods damaged in transit, we promise we will do all we can to investigate the whereabouts of the parcel. or to assist in getting the best outcome.
All Goods returned will be at the customers cost unless agreed in writing.
International Buyers - Important Information Regarding Customs Charges, Transit Times and Insurance
International buyers purchase with the knowledge their order is being sent from Australia and can take between one to eight weeks to arrive depending on the location.
Customs Charges: International orders will most likely be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
Additional charges for shipping and customs clearance must be borne by the buyer.
Australia parcel box are unable to advise what these charges will amount to. Each country sets different fees and taxes and the buyer should contact their local customs office for further information.
The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the product can be lawfully imported to their country.
Please do not ask us to adjust the value on the Customs Declaration form. We are legally required to state the true value of the goods
Purchases and Payment
Payment is required within within three days of the purchase date.
Orders may be cancelled at anytime via written correspondence prior to shipping.
Combined postage and payment is available for multiple purchases. It is the buyer's responsibility to request a revised invoice before payment should they wish their purchases to be combined into one transaction.
Goods will not be dispatched until payment including shipping costs have been received in full.
All payments processed through PayPal and are conducted subject to PayPal's User Agreement For PayPal Service.
Australia parcel box accepts no liability for non-completion of any transaction due to PayPal faults, internet connectivity problems or PayPal policy changes and is under no obligation to dispatch goods until full payment has been received in any case.
Late or Non-Deliveries
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, sometimes items are not delivered as and when intended for various reasons, including:
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address transit delays due to error, natural disasters and public holidays
We will contact the buyer when a parcel has been returned to us due to a failed delivery.
Returned items will be subject to a re-delivery cost.
Our liability is limited to a refund of the purchase price of the item and any shipping costs already paid.
Items Sent In Error
We do not take responsibility for typographical errors or misprints. All errors will be rectified immediately upon receipt of notice of error.
All goods that are found to be faulty will either be replaced as soon as possible or a refund will be processed.
Please contact us within seven days of receipt of goods and we will rectify the situation.

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and will do everything possible to resolve all issues big or small.
Once you receive your item, please check that you are happy with it and leave us positive feedback if you wish.
Returns - Refunds and Exchanges
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange within thirty days of purchase.
Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the goods being returned to us for inspection and processing at the address we supply in Brisbane.
The buyer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs.
Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (where appropriate).
Goods received returned in an unsaleable condition i.e. showing any signs of wear whatsoever will not be refunded
Refunds are for the cost of the goods only.
Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 10% is included in prices shown as required under Australian taxation law.
Purchases delivered to addresses outside Australia are not exempt from paying GST. Those purchasers may apply directly to the Australian Taxation Office for a reimbursement where eligible
Changes To Terms and Conditions Of Sale
Australia parcel box reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
All sales are deemed subject to the Terms and Conditions in place at the time of the sale
We use the personal information you provide only for purposes consistent with the reason you provided it, or for a directly related purpose.
We use your information you have provided us, with your express or implied consent on a temporary basis to enable recognised delivery companies to perform specific functions in line with delivery.
However certain exceptions do apply where disclosure of your personal information is authorised or required by law.
We are using AdWords' free conversion tracking feature to track key words used in searches.
